Facilitated Mentoring
 
The foundation of Clear Channel SF’s Apprenticeship program is the daily, one-on-one working relationship you will have with your selected mentor.
 
Mentoring is a relationship-based process that encourages coaching, feedback, and information sharing to increase professional development and enable employees to act effectively and be successful at Clear Channel.
 
·        The Mentor is the provider of feedback, coaching, and guidance in the relationship and is the more senior of the two employees. Importantly, the mentor is not a replacement for the Account Executive’s manager.
·        The Apprentice is the receiver of the feedback, coaching and guidance. In other programs, the Apprentice is a synonym with titles like Mentee, Partner, Sponsor and Protégé.
